Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 20, 2021, Richard Coleman submitted his resignation as a director of Hudson Global, Inc. (the “Company”), effective January 1, 2022, to focus his time on new work commitments. Mr. Coleman’s resignation from the Company’s board of directors was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
